Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question for our team? Want to know if it’s time for your next checkup and cleaning or if we’ll accept your dental insurance? If so, then you’ve come to the right place! Below, you’ll find answers to these questions and more of the most common ones our patients ask us every day. If you happen to have a question that we haven’t answered here, be sure to give us a call. We’re always happy to make sure you completely understand your dental care.
How often should I visit the dentist?
According to our team as well as the American Dental Association, everyone over the age of three should visit their dentist at least twice a year for a checkup and cleaning. This is the best way to keep a smile looking great as well as avoid common problems such as tooth decay, cavities, gum disease, and more.
What are your office hours?
We are open 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday.
Why do I need a dental cleaning if I brush my teeth every day?
The short answer is that your home routine simply isn’t able to clean every single surface in your mouth, and these hard to reach areas can gather plaque that eventually turns into cavities. With a professional cleaning, we can take care of these trouble spots and make sure your smile is well protected.
What are my options for replacing my missing teeth?
We offer more traditional replacements like bridges and dentures, but for the most natural-looking and longest lasting results, we may recommend dental implants. We can determine the best one for you when you come to see us for a consultation.
What is the best way to make my teeth whiter?
By far, the safest and most effective way to dramatically brighten your teeth is with a professional whitening treatment. We can create a custom-made kit for you so you can actually improve your smile in the comfort of your own home. Even better, our kits won’t make your teeth more sensitive like most over-the-counter treatments!
What is causing my toothache?
There are actually quite a few things that can cause dental pain, some of which are very serious! If you have persistent dental pain, be sure to contact us as soon as you can so we can take care of it right away!
Will you accept my dental insurance?
Yes, we are happy to accept and file claims for all dental insurance plans. We’ll even handle the claims process for you so we can help maximize your coverage. To learn how we can use your particular plan, please contact us today.
